Festival Sponsors assist us in keeping our fees to be more affordable to ALL of our students!
Individuals and businesses contributing assist to reduce overall Festival expenses. These donations offset expenses such as venue fees, guest presenters, website management, t-shirts, snacks, printed programs, etc. This year our expenses have jumped up thousands of dollars. Your donation is much appreciated!

Students may register to stay on campus or commute from home during our in-person festival. Chaperoned with all meals included from Monday (Dinner) to Saturday (Breakfast)
Those commuting from home may choose to purchase lunches for Tuesday - Friday at the University's cafeteria. Students not choosing this should bring their own lunch.
